How in the World...?

Can someone from the northern area of our wonderful country please write in and tell me how in the world it is POSSIBLE to snow all day long and not a single speck- not even one!- can or will stick to the ground?

Anyone? Even if you're from the south and just throwing out a hypothetical?

  1. ground temperature is too warm...scientificly speaking. At least you don't have to shovel anymore snow..but i would watch out for black ice at night....it all turns to h20 and then freezes if it gets cold enough at night.
