1) For breakfast I had nothing
2) Lunch was mac-n-cheese
3) Snack was a tasty Swiss Roll
4) Supper consisted of 6oz of yogurt
5) Dessert was a yummy vanilla cream donut and vanilla cream chi from Dunkin' Donuts
If I'm not going to eat right, I might as well get off my tail and exercise. Now, would someone please tell me to quit procrastinating and go get that gym membership I've been to lazy to sign up for?
First start eating right. Then go to the gym.
