You Wanna Act Like A Child, You'll Be Treated As One

Does this mean I tend to talk down to him or he acts like a child and thus gets ordered around like one?

I'm voting for the latter.

What do you think? Do our other halves act immature and warrant us to help navigate them through their daily lives or do we talk down to them for absolutely no reason. Or am I the only one with a spouse who thinks he's the only poor soul in the *whole wide world* with a wife who tells him he can't wear wrinkled and mismatched clothes while out in public with said wife?

What the Hell?

1) Do any of your husbands/significant others use your tooth brush? Am I the only one who thinks this is disgusting? Jer can not grasp the concept of which tooth brush is his. Even though his is blue and mine is pink. This morning, he used mine. Again! For like the 18 time this year! (and it's only February) I am tired of going out and buying new tooth brushes because he "forgets" which one is his. Once his mouth has touched my brush, its dead to me. I can't bring myself to use it again. I know, we swap all kinds of other cooties, but I just can't make myself hold on to a tooth brush of mine that he has used.
2) The weather two days ago was freezing cold. We had 23 degrees for a high. Yesterday and today? We've gotten to 50! Is winter over or just taking a break? According to the weather man this morning, we've only had 5 (or 6?) weeks of winter temperatures. What? Am I living back in Florida again?
3) Have you guys seen this? I found it over at SATGS. I've watched all six. Fantastically creative and funny!
4) Kyra is definitely growing. I though she was, but being that she's still fitting 9-12 month pants, I thought it was my imagination. Nope, she has grown. I took her in to the clinic today for a height and weight check. 21 pounds and 32 inches.

Because the only other exciting thing I have to share with you guys is how Kyra and Rachel have learned to hold hands while walking though a parking lot, I thought I'd entertain you guys with some all around useless knowledge about me. 5. What is the last thing you said out loud? Lets put your pants back on. (after changing the 3rd stinky diaper today)

9. What was the last gift you received? Jer brought me a can of root beer from the boat and called it a "present"

What used to be my hip and trendy clothes now make me look like I'm trying to fake my way into the "Cool Mom's Club"

41. Are you a heavy sleeper? I completely sleep through Jer's alarm going off every morning, but I'll wake up in an instant to hear Kyra whimper in her sleep.

43. What is the best movie you’ve seen in the past two weeks? Chicago. One of my favorite movies of all time.
44. Do you think you’re going to follow through with your new years resolution? I only made on, and so far so good.
